Only articles that were not previously published or submitted to other journals are allowed for publication.  An exception is made for abstracts and proceedings of conferences, symposiums, meetings, etc.

Submitted articles should be of high theoretical quality, in line with the latest advancements in the field of science and practice. They must adhere to the language's literary norms. The languages of publication are Russian and English.
