Abstract

Based on the research materials of amphipod collected in the waters of central and southern Vietnam in 2011, 2012, and 2025, a checklist comprising 138 species belonging to 77 genera and 36 families was compile. The highest number of species is represented in the families Maeridae Krapp-Schickel, 2008 and Photidae Boeck, 1871 — 20 and 14, respectively. The number of species in other families ranges from 1 to 10.
