Abstract

For his contribution to the development of science and many years of conscientious work, the medal of the Order of Merit for the Fatherland, II degree, was awarded to the scientific director of the A. O. Kovalevsky Institute of Biology of the South Seas of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Academician of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Biological Sciences, Professor Viktor Nikolaevich Egorov.
