Adoptions and Plagiarism
Borrowed fragments or statements by the author are to be attributed to their authors and original sources. Plagiarism in any form, including unformatted quotations, paraphrasing, or appropriation of rights to the results of other research, is unacceptable. Artificially inflating scientometric indices, excessive self-citation and friendly citation, irrelevant references mislead readers and are interpreted by the Editorial Board of BSD as unacceptable.
The Editorial Board (editors) of BSD, when reviewing a manuscript of an article, checks the material using the Anti-Plagiarism system. In case of detecting numerous incorrect borrowings, the editorial board (editors) acts in accordance with COPE rules. The Editorial Board (editors) has the right to reject an article if falsification, plagiarism, the author's submission of works of the same content to more than one journal, multiple copying of similar information in different articles, false attribution of authorship, and misleading the public regarding the true contribution of authors to the publication of a scientific research are identified during its review.
